History

The Salt Lake Crossroads Amateur Radio Club was formed February 1, 2014 to promote the enjoyment of the hobby of amateur radio and to support emergency and disaster communications within communities of and around Salt Lake City, Utah.  We partner with Salt Lake City Emergency Management to develop ham communications in coordination with the S.A.F.E. Neighborhoods plan (www.safeutah.org). Anyone interested in amateur radio communications, whether licensed or not, who resides in Salt Lake City or the surrounding areas is welcome to apply for membership.
